XANGAZON FAQ
Here’s another FAQ, this one on the “Currently Playing” feature:
It feels great to write these FAQs. Every night after I’m done with my usual todos, I sit down for a few hours of customer service emails. Before you have a strong FAQ, every email is torture. But after you have a FAQ, then you almost want people to email you questions in the FAQ. Here’s why:
- If it’s a question already in your FAQ, then you can cut and paste it right in. Ahh…
- If it’s a question not already in your FAQ, then you can add it…
Either way, you win!
ps Can you tell I am trying to brainwash myself into whitewashing this fence?

hmmm, wouldn’t it be best if you had a FAQ so complete that you wouldn’t get anymore emails dealing with questions already covered in the FAQ so that you can use your time to concentrate on other stuff?
Nice to see the cross-browser stuff mentioned in the FAQ – gimme those new xTools!
hi John, I emailed this to help@xanga yesterday – is there a way to change the font size of the Xangazon text? (so that it is the same size as my default font?) I notice monsur has done it on his site, so there must be a way…

YAY! A new and improved FAQ! Now I no longer need to bug you and monsur every two seconds!
I know you are frequently asked about abusive sites on Xanga – this fine blogger - has an excellent suggestion that might make your life easier in this regard.
I read the site that quiltnmomi linked and I think that person may be on to something very useful.
Activity is a good start.

John – I have sent you multiple email over the past two weeks. The Xanga site I brought to your attention continues to display threats, personal information (including full name, photo, address) about the person targeted for harassment, and email which the blogger has been saving for years in order to embarass her victim. I don’t want to post the link to that site here because this is a public place. I’m aware you are a busy person, but I can’t understand why this site has not been closed and barring that why I have received no response to my email.
