If I ever jumped out of an airplane with my cat strapped to me, she would not be happy. In fact – if I hit the ground alive, I would be amazed.

I once lived in a high rise on Wilshire Blvd in Los Angeles. One day in an elevator, I met a man who was crying. He told me his cat had just “committed suicide” off of his 19th story balcony!!! I’ve never forgotten that….

I wish we saw what happened when they got to the ground! I too would be shredded if I tried that. One of my cats can’t even tolerate being picked up.

I was just thinking about the poor cat’s ears.. he didn’t have anything to cover them with!! must’ve messed up his ear drums or something. the poor guy looked petrified with his little arms and legs flying everywhere

I don’t believe the cat made it….. they did not show the entire action. The guy should be arrested for cruelty to animals.

actually, let me give an analogy:
This old man had a wife. He loved his wife. Also he loved the parachute jumping stuff. So he thought that his wife has to jump too in order to show her the real thing.

I don’t think I’d ever do that to an animal, but eh… what ever.
That was just plane strange.
I dunno… the cat was super calm in the plane. I mean, sure it was a little freaked out right before the jump… but it had a LONG time to figure out that everything was fine. Cats generally figure out what’s up pretty quickly. I bet it was fine.
Also, I just asked my cat, Toby, if he wants to go skydiving. He had no comment.

My cat doesn’t like to be held, nor is she a fan of loud noises. I have a feeling that I too would end up in rough shape at the end of the jump, if not, really dead. Like shredded.
Sad. It looked so scared when they were actually jumping. Crazy man.

Another much too short video… I would have loved to see the inbetween and to the landing. That cat may just run away from home. Laughing here, people do the strangest things. I guess that is what makes life so exciting.
There was something very disturbing about that video. Well, it’s the fact that you shouldn’t do anything like that to your cat. The cat wasn’t pleased at all…
