  • well, one thing i still have to work on: my omelettes take a long time to cook on such a low flame.  hmm…  not sure how to deal with that one.

  • Cast iron stores up heat. You can also put a lid on the pan to keep the heat inside.

    Your omelette is good, but to reach Perfect Egg Dish Harmony, you must chant the chant of Highest Attainment: OOOOOOMMMMMM(elette)… OOOOOOMMMMMM(elette)…….

  • You can bake your omelette.. I have a recipe for a French Omelette.. it uses only egg whites but it works if you fold the yolks in.. that you bake. Cooks fast and is neat. I can get the recipe if ya want it :o )
