Thanks Sungball!
Sungball found a bug with the new Facebook pinger thingy! The optout checkbox doesn't work in Safari... son of a gun. It worked in Firefox, Firefox for the Mac, and IE... but not Safari.

Turns out one of our backend controls isn't fluent in Safari-ese. We're patching it with a fix now... it should be fixed on Monday it's fixed now!

Dear John,

I really love the feature. I just recently set up a facebook account and was using the RSS feed to send my Xanga entries there. Thanks for adding such a great feature.

Just so you know, Safari is a friggin Pain on Xanga....
the safari i'm talking about is...iPod Touch's Safari Browser.
Comment boxes sometimes (okay, MOST of the time) don't work.

Well, I hate Sungball. I'm gonna go write post bashing him and hope it gets featured, for a few minutes anyhow.

@CaKaLusa - Believe it or not, at one point I actually thought you and Sungball were the same person, when he came back to Xanga last year.

What about Opera users? The checkboxes for Add Sub/Friend still don't work in the latest Opera.

thank you!! I actually have Safari, and the checkbox worked after I already posted the post. it only didn't work when I checked the box and posted it at the same time. But, this info is trash since you've already fixed it up... haha thanks :)
